My colleague used Global Telecom Testing for his new mobile app in 89 countries. I used to rely automated testing but he told me about GTT and I was surprised to learn that GTT uses live testers. I had them test my toll free number list of 2,900 numbers and I got back a 100% accurate result, even in countries like Bangladesh, Latvia, the UK, Nicaragua, Ghana, Bahrain, Korea, and Croatia. Thank you Stephen Levenson for your terrific service.
GTT has local testers in all the countries I wanted to test in and I was able to get accurate results for my mobile apps and toll free phone numbers. First I used their automated testing system to save some money. The gave me credits for failed calls and then I used their inn country international human testers for the rest of the numbers to get complete accurate results. Their mobile app testing service was great too as the actually had professional testers in each country I tested in.

When we run telecom testing for Mexican phone numbers, the timeline depends on how detailed the validation needs to be. Mexico is supported on our automated testing platform, allowing many standard checks to be completed quickly, often within minutes. These include reachability, routing verification, and basic call connection. For more advanced testing, such as IVR navigation or multi-step call scenarios using live devices, the process may take several hours. Before starting, we define the scope clearly and provide a timeline aligned with the requested testing scenarios.
Yes. Our telecom testing in Mexico follows recognized global practices by using real network activity instead of simulated-only environments. We place live calls and send messages to observe how services behave under actual operating conditions. Testing is carried out across local networks such as Telmex, Cablevision, Telcel, and IUSACELL, allowing us to capture routing paths, connection responses, and service interaction across Mexican telecom infrastructure. The resulting data provides a reliable foundation for evaluating communications platforms and comparing performance across multiple countries, helping organizations validate their services before broader deployment.
Yes. We perform outbound telecom testing from Mexican phone numbers to destinations around the world. Calls are initiated within Mexico so that routing behavior and connection success can be observed accurately. This reflects how users in Mexico dial international numbers using local telecom services. Through this process, we evaluate call completion, routing consistency, and voice transmission quality. The results highlight potential issues that may affect international communication from Mexico, helping organizations refine their telecom services before launching globally.
In Mexico, we provide a comprehensive range of telecom validation services including phone number reachability testing, toll-free access validation, IVR pathway checks, voice quality evaluation, SMS delivery testing, and roaming-related scenarios. These tests can be executed through our automated testing platform for quick validation or expanded with live testing for deeper analysis. Each engagement reviews dialing formats, routing behavior, call handling, and service responses under real network conditions. Organizations often combine multiple test types to validate telecom systems before introducing services to users in Mexico.
We test various categories of Mexican phone numbers, including mobile numbers, landline numbers, toll-free numbers, and Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFNs) accessible from Mexico. Calls are placed using real telecom infrastructure to validate connectivity and routing behavior. Each number is checked to confirm that calls reach the intended destination and that any connected systems respond properly. This process helps organizations verify that their telecom services function correctly for users dialing from Mexico.
Voice testing in Mexico is performed through live call sessions across local telecom networks. During each call, we analyze audio clarity, connection stability, latency, and overall consistency of the voice signal. If the call connects to an automated system, we also evaluate IVR prompts and DTMF input responses. Because testing is conducted under real network conditions, the results reflect how calls are experienced by users in Mexico. This allows us to identify audio distortions, delays, or dropped connections that could affect communication quality.
Yes. We provide SMS delivery testing to Mexican phone numbers using active telecom networks within the country. Messages are sent to confirm delivery and to observe how SMS traffic moves through the network. During testing, we track delivery timing, message receipt, and overall reliability. This validation helps organizations understand how their messaging systems perform when sending verification codes, alerts, or notifications to users in Mexico, highlighting any issues that may affect message delivery.
Mexico has a diverse telecom landscape with regional differences in network performance. While the numbering system is standardized, variations may appear depending on the location and network conditions. Our reports can include details about the testing location, such as major areas like Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey, along with network observations. This allows organizations to understand how their telecom services perform across different parts of Mexico and identify any variations that may affect connectivity or service quality.
To place an international call from Mexico, callers dial the exit code 00, followed by the destination country code and the full phone number. For example, calling the United States requires dialing 00 + 1 + the phone number. During telecom testing, we use this same dialing format to confirm that calls originating from Mexico connect correctly to overseas destinations. Verifying this process helps confirm that international communication works as expected for users dialing from Mexico.
Local calls within Mexico are made by dialing the full 10-digit phone number, including the area code. Mexico uses country code 52, and the national dialing format no longer requires additional prefixes for domestic calls. During testing, we follow this format to validate reachability and routing accuracy across Mexican telecom networks. This reflects how residents and businesses place local calls within the country.
Toll-free numbers in Mexico typically begin with the prefix 800, followed by the subscriber digits. Callers dial the full number to connect to the service. As part of our testing process, we place calls to these numbers from within Mexico to confirm that they are accessible and that calls connect successfully. This validation helps organizations confirm that their toll-free services are reachable for users dialing from Mexico.
Universal International Freephone Numbers can be dialed from Mexico using the format 00 800, followed by the UIFN subscriber digits. This dialing structure allows calls from Mexico to connect to international toll-free services. During testing, we place calls using this format to verify that UIFN numbers are reachable and that routing behaves correctly. This helps organizations confirm that their global toll-free services can be accessed by users dialing from Mexico.Top of Form
