GTT has local testers in all the countries I wanted to test in and I was able to get accurate results for my mobile apps and toll free phone numbers. First I used their automated testing system to save some money. The gave me credits for failed calls and then I used their inn country international human testers for the rest of the numbers to get complete accurate results. Their mobile app testing service was great too as the actually had professional testers in each country I tested in.
